A lot of them have worked at some of the top resturants. So I take back my above comments!annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15439772399487069107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36379445.post-84208338214536672942008-01-04T13:44:00.000-05:002008-01-04T13:44:00.000-05:00I didn't read this post yesterday because I didn't...I didn't read this post yesterday because I didn't watch the episode yet. I am bummed Elisa got voted off. I liked her quirkiness - and I guess the accident explains a lot!!!

Shocked that Ricky didn't cry.

And what was up with Jillian's clown-like rainbow suspenders. Can you say FUGLY? I guess they came in handy when she was able to strap some pillows under them.

Loving Rami.ellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04388135445973225989noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36379445.post-26522245025676147532008-01-03T21:06:00.000-05:002008-01-03T21:06:00.000-05:00It's on Bravo, Wednesdays at 10:00pm. Should it be to find someone who is totally unknown? Or someone who is more ready to really advance to a new career stage. I can see wanting it both ways.

I think I actually like that some of them are a little more experienced. It makes their chances of ultimate success a little bit higher. It is a really tough jump to go from dressing celebs in one-off dresses to having a commercially viable line, so I can see where he might really want to do this, despite already having a good business.Accidentally Mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01869100744451468800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36379445.post-76694386317456722202008-01-03T13:24:00.000-05:002008-01-03T13:24:00.000-05:00I guess it is not so much the fact that he has a l...I guess it is not so much the fact that he has a line, but that he has already designed dresses and such for celebrities. I get the feeling more that he wants to show off rather than learn more and break into the industry. I guess he is not my pick for a winner!annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15439772399487069107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36379445.post-33123689865552211042008-01-03T09:53:00.000-05:002008-01-03T09:53:00.000-05:00That's a good point...he is definitely more of a p...That's a good point...he is definitely more of a pro than the others (although all of the other favorites I noted are somewhat "established" in one sense or another). The guy who won last year had his own line already, too, and you would obviously expect those people to do better. Actually, only the season one winner was a real unknown.

But I don't see that as a problem. You have to take a lot of time off from working to be on the show, and devote a ton of effort to it. If someone who already has a budding career thinks that the exposure is worth it, I don't have a problem with them being on the show.Accidentally Mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01869100744451468800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36379445.post-4185157698761817892008-01-03T09:46:00.000-05:002008-01-03T09:46:00.000-05:00Rami's presence bothers me. I don't really think he deserves to be on the show - he seems to already have "made it", so I expect him to put out high quality designs and clothes as well.annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15439772399487069107noreply@blogger.com
