If I told you, you wouldn't believe me...

Had my second doctor's appointment yesterday (my first one with the actual doctor). The purpose of this one (which is about 10 weeks) was to go over medical history and the initial blood and urine tests that they did a few weeks ago, and to do the first ultrasound...which is done with a weird probe and is not as clear or informative as the one that they will do on Friday.

First things first, blood tests are all normal, and we have no major medical issues that we need to worry about right off the bat. So, that was good...

Next, they lubed up this weird hoo-hah camera probe (that is my best description...lol) and took a little look around in there. I could tell you what we saw, but I somewhat doubt that you would believe me;-) As such, I will hold off on the official confirmation until my ultrasound with the radiologist on Friday morning, at which time I will absolutely, positively post photographic evidence of the mess I seem to have gotten myself into...lol.

Yea...subtlety not intended...just can't even bring myself to write the word! But, safe to say, The Boy is clearly genetically responsible for this...

TWINS!!!! OMG! So exciting!

My fiance is convinced we will have twins since they run in his family. I told him I will kill him if that happens. I'm teeny like you and I think my body would explode!

Hahaha. The genetics comment gave it away. 98 pounds and two babies - it just cracks me up!

And um, since I don't think I said it before (sorry, shock) - CONGRATULATIONS!

Congrats! Better you than me! I don't think I could handle twins, not that I'd have a choice!

Also, that super-awesome cam is known as the Dildo-Cam :)

I was lucky enough to avoid it, thank goodness!

You are getting twins?? Congratulations! :-)
I am sure I could handle that, but with your great little sister and the boy on your side you will be fine!

Many congrats if it is twins. It sounds like you are little like me and despite the comments of some others, you can do it. I am 34 weeks with twins that are average size for babies at the moment (not average size for twins) and I am fine. You will be too. Mind over matter honey, it's all in the attitude, you'll do great.

Oh my, twins...really?...but Congrats nonetheless! You seem to have managed so many things in your life already and also seem to have such a great "pretend" family, you'll definitely do fine.

I have a friend, she is not really "tiny" but was pretty thin/skinny before having her twins and she also managed a twin pregnancy, you'll do fine.

Any thoughts on doing grad school after having twins yet? ;) just a thought...
